At PropertyHealth, Inc., we want you to shop with confidence. This Return & Refund Policy explains the process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it

  • Unused, unworn, and with original packaging (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

2. How to Start a Return

If your return request is approved:

  • We will provide you with a return shipping label

  • Detailed instructions on how and where to send the item will be provided

Important:
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (such as beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Original shipping fees

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the replacement item you want is to:

  • Return the original item

  • Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item

6. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

This right applies in addition to the standard 30-day return policy.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed

Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at service@qyaxon.com.
